4.7 Room of choice and White Glove deliveries

For large or fragile items, we offer In-Home Special Delivery, which includes placing the item in your home and disposing of packaging. Additional fees apply for these services. For assembly services you will have to contact our customer service team after selecting the white glove option at checkout.

Please ensure your items will fit in your space before making any purchase. If a product does not fit, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

4.8 Damaged or Incorrect Products

Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours. Failure to report damages within this window may result in the denial of a claim.

For freight shipments, inspect the item before signing the delivery slip. If damage is found, mark the delivery slip as "damaged," refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.

4.9 Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom orders, final sale items, and assembled products are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
