SHIPPING POLICY
Black Friday/Cyber Monday Policy:
Items purchased during this period (11/06 - 11/30) are not eligible for a full refund. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within x days of receipt with photos of the damage. We'll provide a full store credit for the damaged item's purchase price during this period. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and is non-transferable. It will be provided in the form of a digital voucher or code.
At WOOD FURNITURE, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable, from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your home. Before placing your order, we encourage you to measure all relevant spaces (e.g., doorways, elevators, stairways) to confirm the product will fit. Please review this shipping policy carefully to understand lead times, shipping fees, and available service levels. Estimated Shipping Times
WOOD FURNITURE offers a Quick Ship Program for select products in stock in the U.S., which typically ship within 10-14 days. Products stocked in Europe generally take 4-8 weeks to ship. Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary. Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number or link via email to monitor your order’s progress.
Estimated transit times:
- UPS or FedEx Parcel Shipments: 4-7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
- Freight Carrier Deliveries: 1-2 weeks after leaving the warehouse. The carrier will generally contact you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange an appointment.
U.S. Deliveries
Before delivery, our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a time window. Please ensure that your space is measured properly to accommodate your furniture. If the product cannot be successfully delivered due to size constraints, return shipping fees will apply.
If an item is returned for non-delivery due to size restrictions, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:
- Return Shipping Fee
- 10% Restocking Fee
Upon delivery, the package will be arranged in accordance with the selected shipping option.
Shipping Options and Fees
Standard Shipping
A shipping fee of 8% of the order total with a maximum of $395, covering processing, handling, packing, and front-door delivery. An additional $65 Special Care Delivery surcharge may apply to fragile or oversized items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An additional 7% shipping fee will be added to any “Open Box” items.
Room of Choice Delivery
For an additional $69, you can upgrade to Room of Choice delivery, which includes placing items inside your home in a preferred room. This service is subject to availability based on your location and the type of furniture. Packaging removal and assembly are not included.
White Glove Delivery
For a $99 surcharge, upgrade to White Glove delivery. This service includes inside delivery to your preferred room, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. Assembly is not included, but light assembly services may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us for further details.
Delivery Day Requirements
- An individual 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery and inspect the order.
- If delivery is missed due to unavailability, you will be responsible for any applicable re-delivery fees.
Order Rerouting
If you need to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, a rerouting fee will apply.
Storage Fee
If your order cannot be shipped because you are out of town or unavailable, you are eligible for two weeks of free storage at our warehouse. After the initial two weeks, a storage fee of 2% of the total order value per month will be applied.
International Shipments
This only includes shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico.
- Shipments to these locations require a minimum order value of $10,000.
- Orders will be coordinated to be delivered directly to your designated address.
- Clients are responsible for all customs-related fees and taxes, including import duties.

Missed Deliveries
If you are not present at the scheduled delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred by the carrier, including re-delivery fees.
